My name is James Petrillo. I am a proud 34-year Teamster. I started my career as a Teamster on June 24, 1991, at Teamsters Local 686, working as a delivery driver for Thomas English Muffins, which is now known as Bimbo Bakeries. I held the position of Shop Steward for 26 of my 30 years, where I sat in on many contract negotiations. I also served on the Safety Committee and was elected a Trustee of Teamsters Local 686. In 1995, we, as a local executive board of Teamsters Local 686, voted to merge into what I believe is one of the best Teamsters Local 633s ever. In 2016, I became a Trustee of Teamsters Local 633. In 2020, I was appointed to serve as the Vice President/Field Representative/Organizer of Teamsters Local 633.
Since I came on as a full-time Field Representative /Organizer back in January 2020, we have organized over 500 new members into the greatest local in the Teamsters Union.
Have helped negotiate numerous contracts through the Local. In February of 2024, I became a division representative for the Brewery Bakery soft drink division.
I’m the field representative for Companies like multiple First Student locations, Bimbo Bakeries, Mondelez, Frito-Lay, Pepsi, Cranston, Rhode Island, and Manchester, New Hampshire.
This is just to name a few of the different locations that we represent inthe local.
I look forward to serving this great local in any capacity.
