This week the Teamsters First Student National Negotiation Committee met in Washington, DC preparing to negotiate a new master agreement.  Rank-n-file members and local representatives from across the country began planning and discussing priorities before the contract expires on March 31, 2026, and before negotiations kick off on January 14. The National Master First Student Agreement – is the largest collective bargaining agreement in the private school bus industry & protects more than 18, 000 members nationwide.
