This week the Teamsters First Student National Negotiation Committee met in Washington, DC preparing to negotiate a new master agreement. Rank-n-file members and local representatives from across the country began planning and discussing priorities before the contract expires on March 31, 2026, and before negotiations kick off on January 14.
The National Master First Student Agreement – is the largest collective bargaining agreement in the private school bus industry & protects more than 18, 000 members nationwide.
Secretary Treasurer Jeff Padellaro reported that he is proud that Local 633 has a voice at the negotiation table. Our Rank-n-file member will be Kellie Plaisted from the Belmont, NH location and our Local 633 Representatives will be myself and Business Agent Keith Judge.
