The Lincoln Police Department which includes officers and dispatchers just ratified a new 3-year agreement. The agreement calls for 16% wage increases and additional other benefits negotiated by the negotiating committee. Business Agent Rick Laughton reports that the Lincoln Police Department group has always been a unified agency with 100% membership and it shows when it comes to negotiations what that means.
